Zoom link will be emailed within 48 hours of registration.
Reference images of different head models provided on Sunday each week.
Class recordings will be provided after each class meeting.

Each week of this class, we will work together step-by-step to sketch a head. We will begin with a head diagram that outlines the facial proportions of the person in that week's reference image. We will discuss unique characteristics of each week's subject and switch up the supplies we use from week to week to add variety to our process.
10-15 min. will be reserved at the end of each week's class session to reflect on work and share with the group.

Supply List:
• graphite Pencils (2H, 4H, 5H, 2B, 4B, 6B, 8B)
• graphite sticks
• synthetic eraser
• kneaded eraser
• charcoal pencils (soft, medium, hard)
• tortillions/blending stumps
• toned drawing paper (any size)
• drawing paper (any size)
• utility sketchbook/scratch paper (any size)
• white chalk pastel pencil and white chalk pastel sticks

• tracing paper
• a set of 4-5 black illustration pens (Micron or Faber Castell are recommended brands)
• watercolor or mixed media paper (any size)
• 3-4 watercolor paintbrushes including one flat, one round, and at least one size 0-1 liner brush
• a bottle of black india ink or sumi ink
• a pipette or eyedropper
• a plastic palette with wells
• water cup(s)
• paper towels

Optional: Newsprint drawing pad, a drawing board with
clip(s), blue tape

Policies & Procedures

This class needs a minimum number of students to enroll before the class can “make.” If the minimum enrollment has not been met 48 hours before the class begins, the class will be canceled/rescheduled. All students who enrolled in the class will be notified by telephone or email, and may transfer to a different class or be issued a refund (see refund procedure).

Please purchase a separate registration for anyone else who may be attending the class with you.

Cancellation / Refunds
Program attendance is the responsibility of the participant. Failure to attend a class does not entitle a participant to a transfer, makeup, prorate or refund. No refunds are issued for registrations that are cancelled without 7 days' advance notice of the class day. Refund requests made prior to 7 days before the class date will be paid in full.

Transfers
Failure to attend a class does not entitle a participant to a transfer, makeup, prorate or refund. If Adrienne cancels a class due to low enrollment, you are welcome to transfer your enrollment to another class/the rescheduled date of this class.
